We've completed a major infrastructure upgrade to keep your hosting fast, secure, and reliable for years to come.
What happened:
- Migrated to a new server running Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (replacing the end-of-life CentOS 7 system)
- Upgraded Plesk to the latest Obsidian release
- Upgraded WHMCS from 7.10 to 8.13 (the client billing/support portal you're using right now)
- Upgraded PHP across hosted sites for improved performance and security
What this means for you:
- Your website, email, and databases should continue working as before
- The client area has a refreshed look and improved features
- "Log in to Plesk" from your client area now works smoothly for managing your hosting
- Free SSL certificates via Let's Encrypt continue to be automatically provisioned
